This Pro's Story
AMK Property Maintenance has been a staple in the New Port Richey community since 2011. Sarah Wagoner and Greg Keen make up the this duo that has been called the "best lawn mowing service in New Port Richey" by their customers.
Sarah, a former bartender, and Greg, a former employee for a larger landscaping company, started AMK to be their own bosses and now have amassed over 20 customers and have some plaza accounts on US19. Greg started mowing out of MacDill Airforce Base and honed his craft before jumping out on his own with Sarah.
The New Port Richey natives love the area and serving their community. "We love our customers and we take pride in our work," Wagoner says.

Not only will AMK handle your regular lawn maintenance needs, they will also do your low level tree trimming, mulching, sodding, shrub and bush pruning, & pressure washing. "We are looking to grow our business and handle all of our customers full landscaping needs," Keen explains.
Before Sarah was in the business, she really enjoyed being in the yard and making it look beautiful. "I loved being outside and helping out the neighbors with their landscaping so when Greg decided to go out on his own, it was a no-brainer," Wagoner laughs. "It was just meant to be." Greg has always shared the love for the outdoors and the transition to being his own boss was an easy one. "We pride ourselves on being honest and reliable," Greg explains. "We do what we say we are going to do and I think that is why we have had so much success in our area."
When this couple is not growing their lawn empire, they love spending time with their 5 children. They frequent the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness park in West Pasco county and love spending their family time there.
