I’ve asked you multiple times to stop coming to mow and to please cancel my service. I moved out of the house and you told me you would cancel the service and you haven’t. This is the second time my card has been charged unwillingly. If it happens again, I am more than happy to report it to authorities.

There is a small garage unit in the back with it's own fenced in yard, they are responsible for their own yard care.

This is an open lot that is 50 feet wide and 140 feet deep. Very minimal if any weed eating/trimming is required. Only needs to be mowed once every 2 to 3 weeks.
