Easy job, small front yard; most of the back yard is pool and concrete patio. I would like to have the grass bagged ( I will provide bags, you can just leave it, no need to haul away) as yard is choking on layers of dead grass from earlier yard service.

fence door is not in good condition but works. Must be latched every time it is used. Yard has rain and water drainage problems in low lying areas in yard along the fencing and side areas-prone to ruts left by heavy equipment. Prefer small mowers.

Gate width is under 4ft. There's a patch of grass outside of the back gate where the garage is that is overgrown and needs to be trimmed.

I haven't moved to my house yet, I'm in Colorado so I will have to pay remotely. I will need this service for the next 3 weeks and maybe after that.

Backyard fence, gate is on the left side of the house. We just moved in so it’s still a little messy.

The front yard has been recently mowed, but the backyard is much taller and may take some more time.

There is a back gate that is a little over 3.5 ft wide.

oversized mowers wont fit through backyard gate.
