We service property's from Nokomis to Midway in Port Charlotte. Est. 2004 and Carry a million in general liability insurance. We aren't a 20 buck mow and go guy our Min price starts at $35 and goes up from there. Our terms and conditions of service: 1 Any lawns over 6" will be billed a extra fee 2 Any gates must be unlocked and pets in house. If we have to comeback to mow rear at $20 fee will apply 3 For liability protection we wont move trampolines to mow 4 yards will be free of toys ect for us to mow. If not at our discretion mow around it or mow or pick up yard for a fee to mow 5 Yard will be picked up of pet waste if not either we will charge a equipment clean fee of $25 or not mow until picked up. 6 We are not liable for irrigation damage unless you let us know within 24hrs of service. 7 Any extra work you require we need 2 days notice to alot extra scedule time that day.
