No back yard to mow (that's by tenants).
There is very little lawn in the backyard, but it is high. There's an area of lawn in front yard that is high, but most of front yard has been cut. I have a bush that is touching the roof in front and vines on East side of house that must be removed.
The side gate is about 3.5 feet wide.
