There is one gate to tge keft of the house. Mow front and back, edge and trim shrubbery to the right of the house (dividing my hoyse and blue house).

Gate opening about 4' wide, fits standard riding mower easily.

Have to enter through left fence on side of house

Fence to back yard is removable on left side of house. There’s also a gate on the right. Grass is thick, don’t cut too low. Cut, edge, weedeat, trim hedges. I rent, so the landlord checks regularly.

Medium size back yard. Neighbors have fences so it isn't completely fenced in but for the most part it is in the back. Its a duplex (side by side) so you only have to do half the front.

Backyard is fenced in with a gate, there is a tall shrub that is over-grown and does need to be trimmed in both the front and backyard as well

I need the yard mowed ASAP, backyard is pretty high. I wouldn't mind setting up a monthly mow, no spot to select that. Need side shrubs trimmed ASAP.
