Greenpal Bot and Rony Osman indicate an upcharge for grass 8" or taller. Rony Osman had been cutting my yard every 2 weeks. Today they cancel saying 'tall grass' and want an upcharge of $15. My grass did not grow 6" in 2 weeks. Total BS. Man up and admit you never came out. I refuse to renegotiate based on your tactics.
