Fence gate to the backyard is open on both sides. Need front and back yard to be cut short

There is a 4 foot picket fence that completely surrounds most of the yard. The entrance to the fenced area is from the driveway and about 3 feet wide.

I have a fence that is built to the boundaries of my lawn to help no where my lawn stops on both sides of my house. I am looking for the grass to be cut within 1.5 to 2 inches. looking for my grass clippings to not be left on neighbors lawns.

I really don’t like to have my lawn mowed when it’s super wet. But, I have no choice right now.

There's a stump under the grass where the driveway meets the walkway by the stairs. There's a hole behind the mailbox. Otherwise should be pretty straight forward. Tall weeds have sprung up due to me not being employed because of the global pandemic.
