Absolutely awful service. In fact, zero service whatsoever. Donovan delayed and rescheduled multiple times over the course of a week and never showed up. Then decided to upcharge a tall grass fee. I will never give this person money and I suggest anyone looking for lawn care to look elsewhere. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

If we be honest your lawn was never 6 inches or under when you seeked our services. The quote was for grass no higher than 6 inches. Before we rescheduled we contacted you several times. We even submitted the new quote way before you cancelled. Just because you seen the email alert days later does not make it our fault. People we just ask you to be fair. If you submit for a quote or want a bid. BE HONEST WITH THE SCOPE OF THE WORK. Your words weay before any rescheduling were "our yard is hell." This prompted us to scout the yard 1st and then requote. In the past we have tackled yards up to 2 ft and have had customers refuse to pay the the extra fee. So this is why it is set up this way. We are sorry and hate things went this way. We wish you the best and hope you and your family continues to be blessed. But there is always a better way to handle situations than blasphemy, slander, and false accusations. Furthermore because we have been backed up for the past week. We have waived any Long Grass Fees for at least 2 weeks. But this is for customers who grass was 6 inches before we rescheduled. Be blessed again.
