trench in yard recently filled--no grass there. front and back yard and driveway blown, please. both front and back yards slope.

There is a small 12x12 grass in the back yard that will be tough to get a mower back there- probably going to need to be weed eated

Cut is for small yard on a bit of a hill -- just on the 'A' side. There are also patches of grass on both sides of the driveway behind the house and next to the fenced-in side yard. The growth inside the fenced-in side yard should be trimmed as well.

i don't need the main front and rear lawns mowed as I have a ride on. Just the areas up the sides that I can't get to plus some general tidying up with a weed eater.

The back yard is only accessible through either the neighbor's yard or through the public / railroad area that runs behind the house. Whatever equipment used in the back would need to fit through the back gate (roughly 42" wide).

neither front or back is gated, and no privacy fence. I imagine maintenance schedule to be every 3-4 weeks ;)

Need a close/short cut in back yard. There is limited front yard, but would like that mowed as well (including small ditch in front).

There is a backyard as well that is about the same size as the front. Sometimes there is a dog chain/cord that is tied around the tree. Just a heads up so you don't run it over and break your mower. +/- 1 day to mow is fine with us
