Jeffery cancelled my lawn service twice without notice. I had to contact him both times to find out why he cancelled my service. He could not get into my back yard to cut the grass so he did not charge my account. We solved the problem and he was able to cut my lawn. The second time he canceled service, he could not preform the full duties he signed up for. I would recommend calling the client and talking to them before cancelling service. Now I cannot use Greenpal because my account says I have had two quotes opportunities until the next six months. This creates a major problem since I am on vacation. I will not use Greenpal again in the future.
