No-show today. Received notice of cancellation only after 5PM today and after making arrangements to be home. Notice claimed we (customer) cancelled appointment. This is not accurate. Very disappointing. We've waited for a month. Until now, service has been great. This was a significant disappointment, especially since it was a date the mower suggested.
