He cancelled via email. Then sent a followup email asking for me to pay him directly and Skip working through the app. I contacted greenpal and a automated response system named Sarah which was no help at all when relaying what Chris and ace had asked of me. Will be trying a different app
Never showed up to service my residence. After reaching out to them multiple times the typical response was "it will be taken care of tomorrow" now it has been almost a week, still nothing has been cut and my grass is over 10 inches tall.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I personally have over 15 years experience in the green Services industry. I was inspired like most landscapers as a kid needing some extra spending money. Come to find out I was pretty good at it and it developed into a great career!
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
My work stands out due to my quality initiatives. Each of my staff members are trained not to allow themselves to take the shortcuts in terms of quality. High quality equals high customer retention which allows any company to take better care of its staff.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Taking the time to fully vet a provider's references will save you such a great headache later on down the line. Anyone can be a great salesman, but it takes a great Craftsman to provide you with the quality you deserve.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I love the freedom that this industry allows. You can take 10 homes on any particular Street in any City and create 10 completely different landscape designs. You can offer each home so many different maintenance packages to give it its own personality. Many other industries do not allow a contractor this sort of freedom.
What areas do you mainly service?
We provide our full catalog of services to the entire MaComb, Oakland, Wayne county areas.
