We have a gate that will be unlocked upon arrival. There is a small dog in the back yard but he will be placed in the house when you are cutting the grass.

I am guessing around 2000 sqft. but not sure of size. There is a section of the backyard that is "fenced off" that would need to be cut as well, however access is very difficult. We do not pick up dog poo, sorry.
