Walter and his company are extremely unprofessional. He’s mowed for me twice before and i had this third time head confirmed with me through text and then when i text him the day before to confirm he told me he couldn’t come. He’s the worst. I wouldn never use this guy. Plus his job is not that great and sloppy

How about be honest mam. If that was so sloppy you wouldn't hire me for the third time. Plus I have a copy of your text telling us we do a great job and you made 5 star review. The reason you made this review because service was not made. All because you change your mind at the last moment. Customer original service requested between 5th or 6th of September. On August 22nd I explain "this yard requires weekly since is 12,000 sqft and grows very quick". Your reply was "ill have my husband do the next week (29th of August), then come on the next (5th of Sept)". On August 29th completes 1 week and day passes by. By Mid day on Friday (30th) customer decides to change her mind and reschedule on Sat 31st of August, without notifying us. In short time, be mindful I explain her weekly. She texts me on Sat 31st of August if I was going to do her lawn today. I told her "I am packed up and it wont be done today (31st) but we can on Sunday 1st of September. She asked "what time". I told her "our time varies". She says "I have family members coming this Sunday and was unexpected, I expected to be done on Saturday". I told her "Ill try". At the moment, "unexpected but then says expected plus in a short time notifying us?? I mean she had the time to change her mind". Every lawn company uses routes they start from far to closer at their business site (organized). Also, she said "to be at least 8-9 am or earlier. We are not going to break our route otherwise it will be a total mess". This says alot about this customer, she does not plan throught out the week instead she does things unexpected in other words not being organized and blames others for not being at her minute.
