I would give no stars if possible. I was originally scheduled for Wednesday 10/2, but it rained the night before. I called him and he rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday no show, Friday no show. I texted him on Saturday to see if he could mow my lawn and he told me my next scheduled appointment is 10/16. 2 weeks from now. Due to the rain my lawn is pretty tall. I explained that my grass is too tall to wait 10 days and that today Sunday 10/5 and Monday 10/6 are good days where he could mow my lawn. I have not heard back from him. Also, I’m a first time customer of his and I couldn’t even get my first mowing. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will cancel my service with Aubrey and reschedule with another service.
