He couldn't come out when he originally confirmed but texted to alert me right away, which was nice. Our grass was tall, due to another vendor not showing up. The grass cut was fine, but it was clear his blade was dull. I had issues with my bank and my card was declined the first run. Within 8 hours (8 AM to 5PM, while at work to be exact), I had 2 missed phone calls, and 2 text messages. The last message threatening to sue me for 3x the cost. Totally unprofessional.
