There is a fence around the back part of the yard which is under four feet high. There is also a house in the back of the yard that belongs to other renters -- the entire yard within the back wooden fence connecting to the chain link fence is ours.

House is on a long private gravel drive. You will need your own riding mower and equipment. Most of the property is wooded, just under 1 acre of lawn that needs mowing. NOT interested in fertilizer or chemical treatments. Just simple mowing please! :)
