A: You pay securely through Stripe. The money goes directly to the vendor’s Stripe account after you approve the job.

A: Contact GreenPal support. If there’s damage or a problem, we’ll work with both sides to resolve it.
Q: What happens if it rains on my scheduled date?
A: This lawn care pro will reschedule to the next dry day and notify you through the app.
