He mislead us into thinking that he had cut our entire lot by showing pictures of only the parts that were cut. I only found out the lot wasn't fully cut after inspecting the lot in person; had I not done this, I would have been lead to believe everything was cut, based on his communication. He then quoted $200 to cut the tall part of the lot.
