Had Cox Lawn Care scheduled for services starting Aug 14... time and time again our service was cancelled or asked to be rescheduled. Maybe the gentleman has recently moved to Florida but the reasons for cancellation were initially because “it was raining” and then the last few attempts I made, through September 6th, to get them to follow through on mow services were cancelled yet again because “it was too hot”. We tried to be patient but this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Danny messaged me the morning of my apt saying the grass was still too wet to cut that day. He assured me he would take care of the following day. The next day came and went and after being added back onto his route, he cancelled my service saying there wasn’t enough notice. Again he assured me we would proceed without booking in greenpal for the revised visit. The next day came (this is day 3 now- 72 hours after the original apt) and he told me he was 15 minutes away from my home. I arrived home from work- the grass had not been cut and no word from Danny. Definitely not reliable.
