Just need it cut , nothing needs to be blown down or edged as there is no sidewalk

You can only access yard through two gates. The one on the left ( if facing house) or the one down by the water. It is a small backyard plus a small area outside the gate down by the water.

There is a fence the entrance is on the right side of the house but there’s no lock so you can just push it open

I live in lamplighter on the river mobile home park which is not a gated community. I live in the last mobile home on the right hand side of the street & it's green. My property line is at the end of my driveway to the end of my shed, by the back of the water treatment, & 2 ft over on other side.
