There is a gate to the back but don’t think a zero turn would fit

We moved into a new home & the yard needs some work! Initially looking for just mowing, but would like to get some advise on the possibility of reseeding areas/improving quality of the lawn. This isn't something we want to spend too much time/money though

The backyard has a few tree stumps and also one on the A/C unit side of the house and a wet patch behind the swings that will need to be trimmed and under the swingset. Also a small hill on the back side of the yard that will need trimming.

Enter the back yard through left side of house (facing from street). The gate has a simple hook and no lock.
