My lawn was really overgrown due to having difficulty finding a reliable lawn service, so the lawn itself looks great, especially with what they had to work with. I knocked a star for 2 reasons; the first was more comical. When I received the photos of "my yard" from Greenpal, it was immediately apparent that they had mowed the lawn of the wrong address. I called the company and he had his team come back out at the end of their route and do my lawn, so it got fixed. The real issue was that I have a banana tree that is taking over the fence (as banana trees do) that I specifically needed trimmed, and I chose this company because their quote said "includes trimming of all trees under 12 ft" which didn't actually happen, so I have a hideous banana tree to look at for a couple more weeks. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt though and assuming that they just forgot because it was nearly dark out when they made it back to my house.

It is pretty much how I expected. They were the cheapest. I asked for them to come over the weekend. Sunday comes, and they send an email saying they would be in the area Tuesday. They showed up around 7 pm. The front yard looks pretty good, but there are lines in the backyard where they missed. My yard is small. I'd rather just save the money and do it myself.

Do not use these guys!!! At first it looked like they did a great job. They only cut the front for $30. They were supposed to cut the whole yard. I called about this and was assured it would be done the next day. 4 days later and they still haven't finished the job and aren't answering phone calls, texts and emails.
