Looking for someone to mow every 2-4 weeks. I'm selling the house and want to keep the yard looking nice until it sells (average time on market on this area is around 3-6 months).

There are some landmines in the back yard from the dog. My wife wants the beds cleaned out from leaves and any other stuff besides the plants.

Large play set in backyard - just mow around, do not need to weed/cut within. Gate to the left of the house.

I only need the yard cut once per month, or once every three weeks if needed.

Front and back need mowed. Right gate code 36-6-28. We picked the weeds but some came back, mow over them if possible. We will pay an extra 10$ for you to mow the alley too, it’s very small. Will need a mow every 3 weeks or monthly depending on rain.

Fenced yard, large, back corner of cul de sac. Large dog, needs to be put inside prior to your arrival, must text 5 min before to ensure of this (very important detail).

The backyard has pretty thick grass in the back but isn’t too large. It’s approx 30ft by 10ft
