There is a fence circling the interior of the property. There is also a small patch of grass and trees to the right of the parking lot. Preferably the grass inside the fence is cut with a hand mower.

Double gate

No fence.

We are a corner house on a cul de sac, and so the common space that runs along our house will need to be cut as well.

Fence gate is about 46 inches, we have dogs but they are Indoor and we clean up daily.

This is for my mother’s house. She has mobility issues and cannot answer the door.

There is some junk in the back yard, please just mow around it until I get it hauled off. There's some stone steps and pavers in the front yard, and like one side has a small hill with a decent angle to the slope.
