They cancelled on the day of appointment with no explanation, after confirming that they would cut lower when they came. Then they upcharged me for my next mowing due to "overgrown grass" after not responding to my text on the day of the appointment, where I asked for shrub trimming service with additional payment offered. I just had them mow two weeks ago and will give them another shot at the upcharged rate, but I am on the verge of cancelling service.
