I have now created my own Grounds Maintenance Business (Grass Monkey Property Maintenance & Landscaping LLC) and I currently have Both Commercial and Residential properties I maimtain on a weekly basis.
Customer service and attention to detail is my highest priority; When you Hire Grass Monkey, you hire Doug (the grass monkey).
Professionalism, Clean cut, and Dependable is something you must consider, also make sure they are Licensed with the county (pay their dues), and Insured so you have one less thing to worry about
