Same Day Grass Cutting near United Central
Unreliable. No-show multiple times with no communication. 1st appointment was on schedule, great job. 2nd apt, was pushed out 2 days ago, but communicated proactively, good job. 3rd apt, pushed out 1 day then no show, no communication. I followed up after 5 days overdue for service and was told he would come tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no-show, no communication. Now I'm a week past the original schedule, with extremely tall grass due to the no-shows, and will be charged extra by another lawn service. Not to mention we coordinated leaving our gate unlocked and opened multiple times for no-shows. I made the mistake of giving a 5 star review after first service, which I cannot edit now. Sharing facts now to help others. Don't take new clients if you can't keep the schedule commitment and at a minimum communicate.
