Are you kidding me ?!?!?!? I moved my TrueGreen pre-emergent appointment to accommodate your schedule so the grass would be shorter - which you already knew. I also explained we were expecting visitors and needed the property to be tidy - prior to being stood up for our confirmed booking. Not only are you unreliable, you're dishonest as well. Updating the appointment on the YourGreenPal website that you cancelled the appointment and giving the reason that you had come by and the lawn did not need moving is a BOLD FACE LIE !!! Don't make appointments you can not keep. The occurrence of rain putting you behind (according to your text) is no reason to overbook. Also ignoring texts when I wanted confirmation if you were going to come or not is simply unprofessional. A successful business is only as good as the integrity of the owner and management. The handling of this booking clearly demonstrates that your company is unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional. I would highly dissuade anyone from using Green Scape Lawn services should I be asked.
