They did not blow off any surfaces. When I texted them about it they chose not to come next couple days to do that and told me they did not know it was included. Told me they did not want the $40 and got ugly in a text.

Once again god bless you and i did say we where new to the app and did apologize to you and the sceenshot you sent me was new to me i do apologize but i was far and did offer to do it the next time. You kept asking and harssing me after i told you worker was new and was his first time to your house and i apologized to you more then once.. I I never got ugly but i was working and kept explaining to you that he was new and i was new to the app and i told you the firat time i meet you i didn't know much about the app so please stop harassing me with bad reviews you might as well post pictures of your front yard to ahow everyone how of a good job we did. A few spots that he missed on blowing you made a big deal after i said it was his first time. Once again i do apologize but you said you wouldn't pay us because of a spot we missed so i said just to keep the 40 dollars. Your neighbors Warned me about you. I do go to there church and i also cut there yards. If you would of just understood the situation you would of got a free cut but instead you threatened me with not paying me for my service and the service is to cut and blow which we did. Just not picked up the leafs thats another fee as well. But thabk you for the bad reviews and god bless you🙏🙏🙏

Depends on the yard i offer a one time free service example if flower beds need cleaning ill clean it the first time for free any grass on the side walk ill spray it as well. I treat the yard like my own. I do landscapeing i do alot even do flower beds out of stones. There's alot i do just to much to put.
