Leaves need to be removed. There is a locked gate that leads to the back that can only be locked from the inside. The gate will be left open for lawn care services to be rendered. No outside pets.

I need the leaves bagged and placed on the curb and the the lawn mowed and edged. I may also have it fertilized or some weed killer put down in the front. I do have a gate but it's broken so you just push it open and then use the brick to close it.
