Worst person ever! He asked me to pay him cash and when I said no he stopped showing up. He kept promising me he would make it "today" and never did. The first time he mowed my front yard and didnt even touch my backyard. He kept promising me that he would for sure come by and do the work, and I only waited for that reason but my grass kept growing until I got a warning. Then he stopped answering all together. I'm very unhappy with his work and his work ethics. Now I had to pay triple price for someone else to cut that long grass

Very prompt and polite communication. Lawn was cut and trimming done properly, even with extra care around flower beds to make it look better. Unfortunately one landscape light was destroyed during trimming. They offered to replace the light but you can't buy just one. Edging also not done down the driveway and sidewalks. They are adamant to make it right. Give them a chance and be specific on your expectation. They'll step up to make you satisfied.
