It would’ve been nice to have been given the option to at least do the front part of the yard, which is what I needed the most. I just got a notice of cancellation with no communication at all. My backyard is mostly landscaped as I wrote when I signed up for service. I’m not sure where the breakdown happened, only that now I’m stuck in a lurch with little time to regroup and come up with a different plan.
