Horrible experience. He rescheduled the cut on the first day because he was too busy, then he again rescheduled the 2nd day , then on the 3rd day he showed up and stated it would be more money because the lawn didn't appear as it did on Google Maps. Then he ended up cutting the wrong lawn. He mowed my neighbors lawn. I was very surprised to receive an email with a photo of my neighbors cut lawn. I texted him, and he called that night to apologize and said that he would be back out the next day to make up for it. He never showed up. My lawn was never cut. I thought that this app was supposed to make my life easier? Needless to say, I'll never use Karl's Landscaping or "The Ultimate Duo Landscaping" again.
