No show and no contact to tell me
I created a GreenPal account to make arrangements for clearing our driveway of snow. Vanessa’s bid is the one I selected, however, the earliest date available was for 24 hours out. I texted her to see if she could come today, but she said she had a snow blower malfunction. I asked her to refund me. She never texted back, just basically dropped all communication. If THIS is how GreenPal does business, I want NONE of it. If my card is charged, I will be filing a theft of services complaint with PD.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I started working in landscaping part time in September 2018. I just picked it up full time in May 2020. I enjoy the outdoors in all types of weather. I can't imagine a better job for me than landscape gardening.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I aim to please my customers 100% of the time even if it costs a little extra and I have to put forth more effort I am always up for a challenge
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Hire me because you think I am someone you can trust.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
It is fast paced and in demand so I know there will always be work to do.
