Back yard is fenced but gate on right of house is unlocked

The fence to the backyard is just beyond the driveway. We have small dogs, but keep them inside most of the time. We just moved in this week and don't know much about the previous lawn care, but the backyard has tons of weeds, pine needles and leaves.

I have a fence but the gate will be unlocked for you

Backyard is fenced and accessible. There may be toys or other things in the yard that you may need to remove. We will do our best to get everything, but we have children.

Double door fence can fit any size mower in there. Very small yard, takes me 15 min max with my push mower. I am renting the house out in August and looking for a bi-weekly cut during summer, and maybe a monthly cut during winter.

Just laid new grass a few weeks ago. Do not cut grass so low that it kills the grass.

Front and back yard. Back yard is fenced with gate which can be left unlocked when I know service is coming. Pool cage in back with plant beds around it.

The back seat most corner does not need mowed. There is a hidden pipe on the southwest corner of the slain the backyard that should also be avoided.

It is just the very small front yard . It’s maknkt grass and weeds that need mowing etc.

grass is about 10 inches tall. St. Augustine grass. It can’t be cut too short.

Gate large enough to get a 42” mower through

I only need the front lawn maintained. I have three dogs, two of which are protective pitbulls, which are in the backyard so do not go into the backyard unless I’m home.
