Did a good job for 5 mows then no call, no show for a scheduled appointment. Not sure what happened because I haven’t heard from them.

Hey boss, what’s up man? When you’re cutting the lawn I notice the clippings are still left in the lawn. Are you bagging it up or are you letting it fly? If you’re letting it fly, I’d like for you to start bagging up the clippings. The crab grass is taking over the lawn and I imagine it’s because the clippings are being left. Also the edges don’t seem to be defined.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I got started in this business part time just to earn some extra money. Now I’m working it full time. We prefer to use a our smaller mowers on most jobs. The smaller mowers do a better job than the big mowers and doesn’t damage your lawn. We Service the Gwinnett County area.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Making people property looking the best in there neighborhood.

I have been in the lawn care business over 10 years.
