both the front and back yard are relatively small- the backyard is fenced. This is a rental (we are not the owners) and we need someone to do the regular basic lawn maintenance.

2 gates with backyard access, both big enough for riding mowers

Just need the front lawn mowed.

Back fence gate is unlocked.

We have a dog, he is friendly. However we will keep him in the house when you come.

Need small Texas Sage planted

Approximately 12,000 square foot corner lot with a 2,400 square foot one story house on it. Need mowing & edging.

Hurricane recently blew all over the yard and back yard hasn’t been mowed in months. Kind of a big job

Fence on the left side opens wide, but is a bit shoddy

Standard size fence gate. 21 inch deck mower should fit just fine. We have indoor dogs that use the yard. They will not be outside during your mow time. Our last landscaping gentlemen has not been by for about four weeks. The yard is not terribly overgrown yet, but there are some big patches of clover that will have to be knocked down

Front yard does not have too much grass to cut besides sidewalk and side of house. The side gate does not close fully so there are additional bungee cables keeping it closed because we have 2 dogs. back yard is main concern
