1/2 acre of property but far less mowing to do than that. Front yard is small and there is only grass on one side of the house - it’s a tiny area... My guess is 15-20 minutes to knock it all out

My dogs are friendly and have a doggie door. Do not leave fence open. Must be propped well and locked on the outside when you leave. Dogs are sneaky about getting out if the gate is not closed well.

Only mow front and partial rear of residence. There are steps that lead to intracoastal waterway, (ONLY want top of the step of rear of residence lawn mowed).

there is a gate but no lock. it can be opened. please knock on the door and tell us you are cutting the lawn before doing

Just a mobile home with small patch up front and baxk, weed eat the edge of the home and leaf removal when needed.

There is a wooden gate on the left side of the house next to the carport. It’s broken but will open and close with a little finesse. I have multiple fruit trees and plants that I want to make sure remain undisturbed. Papaya, Pineapple, Mulberry,Mango etc

gates open. back yard a mess we just moved back in after renting house to clients who destroyed my back yard , I am out of town till Thursday, my original lawn person I just hired a month ago took the cash and never came, I am reliable employed

I like lawn cut every 2 weeks. I like brushes cut down. I eventually want to do a different landscaping
