I notice I have already been assigned to the "Not So Good" pile, so if anybody actually reads this: I found your website through a google search. I signed in, and was offered Martell. Martell was apparently very angry at me from the start. As we negotiated, he refused to tell me whether my overgrown lawn would cost 2 dollars or **** dollars, insisting that all the information I needed was on the website. I felt highly pressured to have him come here Tuesday having no idea what he would charge. I am on a fixed income, I can't have someone come over here and bully me out of 2 or 3 hundred dollars, especially considering you already have my card number and can charge anything you want. I texted Martell that I would prefer he come on the Wednesday he offered me, after my Tuesday green can pickup, he refused and insisted I accept Tuesday. When I told my 34 year old son how it made me feel to be bullied by someone who is holding my card number hostage, my son offered to take care of my lawn for me. So I texted Martell -- I need to cancel for Tuesday but I will keep your number for future projects -- his text reply was "Let me know when your serious please." That attitude indicates to me that I would have been dealing with an attitude when he arrived, and I will now have to monitor my bank account quite often to make sure he and greenpal aren't going to just take money out anyway. There will be legal action if anything shows up on my bank account. I am 100% disappointed by greenpal, 200% disappointed by Martell, and if anyone else asks, I will tell them this same truth. And now I'm being forced to assign at least one star when I'd rather select -5.
