Was asked the day before a bi-monthly mowing if I'd be willing to pay over 40% more per mowing moving forward. When I said that I couldn't afford it, services were cancelled. I would have appreciated being notified after the last mowing two weeks prior (not the day before). I can respect and understand somebody changing their mind on what they quoted for the yard and seeking more money for various reasons, but where I come from we would have finished the job and then communicated with the customer (as opposed to hanging them out to dry 13 days after their last mowing and one day before their next scheduled mowing).
