Yard itself isn't very big, not sure on dimensions. some in front of my place and a fenced in back yard. the back yard is the biggest problem right now, but once it's taken care of once, it should be pretty easy as well. There are actually a few houses here, mine is Ste B and it has a red roof.

I have been in condo 7 years used to hoa.i want to cut every two weeks eat to clean up back fence line trees and haul off twigs etc. I like a neat yard .

We are a local business so, there is room to park in the street or on the East side of the building. The weekly service must include: cutting grass, weed eating, edging and blowing grass off of parking areas.
