.34 Acre Lot

Insure all gates to the back yard are closed after use. Trimming needed along the fence line. The small grassy area between the driveways needs to be mowed as well as the ditch.

Only the backyard is fenced, front and side and back of property has a "ditch", dry creek bed that will need to be weed whacked. I have to be here at the time of your visit, so afternoon/evening visits will work well for me, or early mornings, around 7AM

Can we have the front and left fence line weed eated and the back flower bed cleared of leaves on this next trip? Thanks!

Just need a simple mowing AND bagging.

Most of the lawn is hardscape and do not need mowing. Just the front and some small side are needed. Mostly weedeating is all that's needed

I want this to be an ongoing everg 4 weeks mowing. We are in the market for a new lawn guy so want someone dependent and economical.

There is a fence for the backyard. I will leave the gate open which is at the end of the driveway

Our gate sizes are not wide enough for a riding lawn mower so it will have to be a push mower for the back. We would also to have edging done as well.

Usually a sprinkler in middle of backyard on a timer. Please put it back in same area when done to hit all the trees.
