The guys seemed like they were in a hurry for this mowing. They were packing up to leave and I had to ask about the edging because it didn't look good or like it had been done in areas.. Darius then said they could use the blower to get the excess grass out. I was busy inside my house so it wasn't until just after they left, I noticed huge amounts of grass clippings all throughout the yard. I went around the front and the back yards with a bag and wearing gloves and collected as much as I could. There were also grass clippings blown up against the house and in the landscape area to the left of the garage which is odd because there isn't grass to be mowed right there. All I can think is the grass is being blown off the driveway and aimed toward the house, which I do not want. I would like any blowing to be directed away from the house, especially since we just had it painted less then 2 months ago. It was dissappointing to have to go out and work in my own yard for a good bit of time after the mowing. Even with my working to clean up the yard, my husband was not pleased with the results of the mowing when he got home from work. I could not get all of the grass clumps so there was that. He also noticed some sections in the front yard were higher than other. It basically looked like the grass was mowed unevenly. He thought perhaps the mower blades were not sharp enough ... I would like to continue to use your service and I would ask that they take that extra bit of time. I think alternating the mowing pattern may help with the uneven look to the grass. Mowing up and down one time, mowing side to side another time, then mowing in a diagonal pattern the next time. I know that is the way my lawn used to be mowed by other services and it seemed it produced the best results. Thank you for listening. Kind regards, Angela Calicchio
