Unprofessional. No prior notice of when they may come. Grass is cut uneven across entire property. Property line cuts are not straight. Weedwhacker trimming is not done well. Edging along curb lines is nice tho.

as were there when the November cut was done after your guy left we looked round and they had not done a very good job as there was weed on the grass they just cut round them so lets see if you can do a better job this year .

Cheap is not always best, you might get a crew that flies through the yard hitting sprinklers, fences, and walls. The greenpal reliability rating is not accurate it deducts for rainy days. I usually ask for a 1day leeway
