Unreliable. Poor communication. Provides services later than agreed upon, leaving more work for the service provider. Probably unhappy I didn't tip towards the end but when grass is longer because you're weeks late, what do you expect? I recommend finding services elsewhere to save yourself the wasted time.

I only want part of the backyard mowed, from the house to a line of three large trees. And where the backyard slopes down on the left side does not need to be mowed. Also don't mow the groundcover between the front of the house and sidewalk.
