Did not complete the job and it was unprofessionally done. Agreed to come back to fix and complete it but never did.

Unreliable. Poor communication. Provides services later than agreed upon, leaving more work for the service provider. Probably unhappy I didn't tip towards the end but when grass is longer because you're weeks late, what do you expect? I recommend finding services elsewhere to save yourself the wasted time.
