Scheduled date for 1st mowing was 16th no show, no response to text sent on 17th, arrived early on 18th to mow. When did mow was good, not as detailed (ex/grass/weeds were left in crevices of sidewalk) but fast and efficient got the job done. So gave benefit of doubt. I was scheduled for weekly mowing, but next mowing was pushed to the 27th here we are at the 31st still no service and no contact from Wiles.

Not good your guys have not shown up for at less one month. I was also changed for October 15 for a mow that never happened. I now this cause I have cameras outside so I now who is coming and going. would like to know why no one is coming and why I'm being changed for services that are not done.

I went to the house 9/5 Thursday but I saw the lawn is tall you make sure you mower day Sep 4 only one day is so tall ? look like not really cut the lawn before one or two day .
