I want edging to be cut cleanly along all sidewalks, etc all around.

It’s a very small yard. Maybe 15x30 in the front and 8x50 in the back. We need weeds pulled and a full job the first time. After that only mowing the lawn weekly.

Fence gate not fit commercial mower. The site in Des Plaines, is rental home that family owned and currently unoccupied. I live Arlington Hts.

We are a property management company hired to maintain this home. We request multiple before and after pictures at each lawn mow to submit to the client.

I moved here recently, lawn badly needs to be cut. Front yard is very long as it's the first cut of the year. Lots of shade in the back so much of the yard is still of manageable length, but FYI, close to 1ft in some spots, and lots of weeds.

The front lawn is in an enclosed iron wrought gate. It is about 48 x 30. I will need the front and side closest to street cut and edged. There is no back grass to cut due to it being where tenants park. No cut yet has happened for the new season.

Front yard should be fairly self explanatory, back yard is accessible via fence from front yard!

We have a fence with two gates. The gate facing Crestwood Drive is unlocked. You can unlock the gate facing Wolf Road from inside the backyard. Please mow the grass between our fence and Wolf Road in addition. Please close both gates when finished. Thanks
