I want edging to be cut cleanly along all sidewalks, etc all around.
It’s a very small yard. Maybe 15x30 in the front and 8x50 in the back. We need weeds pulled and a full job the first time. After that only mowing the lawn weekly.

We are a property management company hired to maintain this home. We request multiple before and after pictures at each lawn mow to submit to the client.

The front lawn is in an enclosed iron wrought gate. It is about 48 x 30. I will need the front and side closest to street cut and edged. There is no back grass to cut due to it being where tenants park. No cut yet has happened for the new season.

We have a fence with two gates. The gate facing Crestwood Drive is unlocked. You can unlock the gate facing Wolf Road from inside the backyard. Please mow the grass between our fence and Wolf Road in addition. Please close both gates when finished. Thanks
