This is a rental property I am in for the next 12 months. There is a fenced in back yard that is not locked. I would need string trimming around the house and fence as well

There is an in-ground pool which is fenced so much of the backyard is pool and not grass; however the area directly behind the gated pool is also a small rectangle as wide as the lot but maybe 8 feet deeper than the fence encircling the pool.

The front yard is not fence in the back is cut all the fence in yard, is pretty big to me more than 16 square feet. Plus trim the fence line
