I scheduled on 8/4 for 8/5 because my mower died. 8/5 I received a message the the mower needed repairs and they would be out on 8/6. After I got home from work on 8/7 I asked if he was still going to be able to do it and was told yes first thing in the morning because it rained on 8/6 and they were catching back up. 8/9, I again asked if he was going to make it and was told there was an incident and he would be here today, 8/10. Another no call no show today.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have always been an avid landscaper. I take pride in my work and will treat your lawn as if it was my own.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I like being outdoors, so naturally it was easy to fall in love with the industry.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I service the tri-state area.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I officially started my business 2 years ago, but I have been mowing on the side for a long time.
What areas do you mainly service?
I take pride in my work. I try and go above and beyond and do little things (I.e. spray weeds in cracks, pull weeds in clean landscape beds).
